Round 1 – Technical Interview

• The discussion focused on React.js, JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript, HTML, CSS, API integration, state management, performance optimization, and real-time project experience.
• There were also scenario-based questions related to debugging, code optimization, and component design.

Round 2 – Technical/Managerial Interview

• This round covered project responsibilities, problem-solving approach, teamwork, communication, and previous work experience.
• The interviewer also asked questions on React best practices and how I handled challenges in production projects.

After successfully completing both interview rounds, I was asked to submit the required documents for verification. The document verification process was completed without any issues. However, after the verification stage, I did not receive any further updates despite following up. The lack of communication after investing significant time in the interview process was disappointing.

Overall Experience: Positive interview experience, but the post-interview communication could be improved. Candidates would appreciate timely updates, even if there are delays or changes in the hiring status.
