Pros: I absolutely loved working here. It is hard, it is competitive, it is innovative, it is exciting, it is friendly and welcoming.
They treat you with dignity regardless of who you are, and you will find a diverse crowd and never feel out of place.
You will learn a lot and grow tremendously.
Cons: One of the hardest questions you'll have to answer is: "What does Accenture do?"
And you can spend 20 years here and not know the full depth and breadth to answer. That's how big this company is. While it is hard to feel out of place, it is easy to get lost in corporate churn.
Consulting is not for everyone.
