The recruitment process started with an initial HR screening call, where we discussed my background, availability, studies and motivation for the internship. After that, I had a technical interview focused mainly on data engineering concepts, SQL, Python and my previous projects. The atmosphere was friendly and the questions were relevant to the role. After the technical interview, I received positive feedback and was informed that the final decision would depend on the hiring manager and project availability.
