Process
Simple interview, few technical questions and more about professional trajectory. I found the job requirements very simple. I am still waiting for feedback after more than 1 month since I conducted the interview.

Pros: Percentage of salary in dollars.
Cons: I was recruited while at another company.
They didn't fulfill even half of the things they promised me upon hiring.
I claim them, and no one takes the initiative to solve them; they just inform you "how it is."
