Process
It was interesting. They had a portal simulation questionnaire system, which was something I had never experienced before. This was after the first round of asking why I wanted to work at Accenture.

Good but could be better
Software Engineer • Former Employee
Dublin, Dublin, Ireland
December 8, 2016
Pros: Maintaining a positive and hard-working environment.
Very international work environment, with lots of interesting people and an open culture.
Many different projects and work opportunities.
Cons: Although the project I was working on relied on an enterprise-level legacy system, there was almost no one with previous experience working on that system, and that caused the project to have a slow start.
I got the impression that they don't value their permanent employees enough.
