Pros: There is teleworking flexibility and, in general, a very good atmosphere in the company. Ideal for first jobs and gaining experience. Everything depends on the project you get assigned to.
Cons: The offices are not equipped with monitors; there are very few. Salary review is done, but there is no pay raise until a minimum of 2-3 years.
