Very bad. At the first HR discussion, we discussed my salary before proceeding with the interview. After the interview process, where I was grilled on Data Engineer, Cloud Architecture, SQL, Python, and ETL concepts, at the salary negotiation round, I was told that the best they could do was match my current package. Why would someone switch to another company on the same package?

To my surprise, the HR was super rude too and said things like, "Do whatever you want to now" during the negotiations! Lol.

Really surprised to see this from a big firm like Accenture.
