Pros: Learned a lot from fellow colleagues and supervisors. They were friendly and willing to teach many things from scratch.
There is overtime pay and benefits if you really do overtime. Personally, I did not have to overtime much.
Cons: Experience is very project-based. For every time I mention a good review and experience, I can hear about a peer having an equally bad experience.
