All interview steps were very smooth. All interviewers were very kind, friendly, and respectful. The interviews were fun and enjoyable; the discussions were profitable and fruitful. The interviews were all conducted virtually, and the process lasted about 3 weeks.
There are 4 steps in the interview process.
Step 1: You will have an interview with HR. Mine lasted about 40 minutes (max is about 60 minutes, I guess). You will get information about the company, and you will also need to talk about yourself. Salary expectations will be asked.
Step 2: You will receive a link to complete 3 assessments, depending on the role you are applying for. My 3 categories were:
The tests are quite tough in terms of the time given, but are very manageable if you are prepared.
Step 3: You will meet with a Manager/Senior Manager. This is the "Skills" interview, and you will discuss your skills in more detail to determine whether you are a good fit for the position (and see where exactly you could fit, too). You will get to know more about the company's tech stack and positions, and you will also talk about yourself and your skills.
Step 4: This is the final interview with a "recap" style, with higher-level leadership (e.g., Director). This is a shorter one (30 minutes). You will summarize and recycle similar content to the previous interviews, but you will get into more detail about the possible positions and your fit for the role.
Once again, the whole interview process was really enjoyable and smooth, with kind, friendly, and knowledgeable people. The company acted in a professional manner in all steps, and I'm very satisfied with the smooth communication between each step.
