Pros: Good work environment, nice offices in Parque Patricios.
Events and activities.
It's a great option for junior or trainee people.
Cons: As a consultancy, we work as external contractors for clients. Salaries are VERY low and it's difficult to scale. There is a lot of bureaucracy and the company culture makes it difficult to move up.
