I applied through the company's website and about a month later I was contacted by the recruiter.
During the initial phone conversation, the job details were presented, including the salary range and the information that, because I live far from the office, the working arrangement would be home office.
After the interview with the manager, I was contacted by another recruiter informing me that I had passed the stage, but with a salary offer lower than initially stated and a change in the arrangement to hybrid.
After internal alignment, I was informed that it would not be possible to maintain the conditions presented at the beginning of the process, so I chose not to proceed.

Technical questions related to my knowledge, experience, and what the job position required. There was no live coding.
