I applied online and was interviewed by Accenture (Recife, PE) in April 2025.
In the same week, they contacted me by phone for an initial conversation, just to confirm my details.
The second interview was scheduled with the same person. She had informed me that it would be a conversation to get to know my experiences better and my background in the technology area. However, the interviewer did not show up on the scheduled date. Two days later, she contacted me apologizing and rescheduled the interview.
On the new attempt, the interview lasted only fifteen minutes. The interviewer seemed unprepared: he asked direct and superficial questions about technology, with no room for in-depth discussion. When I tried to give examples of where I had applied the technologies and talk a bit about my experience, I was interrupted several times so that he could move on with the questions.
At two points, I tried to clarify the intention behind some of the questions to answer in a way more aligned with my experience, but he simply replied: "I don't know, this is how it is for me here."
Given this, I gave up trying to conduct a more constructive conversation. I answered with "yes" or "no" and just listed the technologies I knew, as he requested.
At the end, he asked about my English level, briefly explained the role, and promised a response within five days — which did not happen.
