Actually, it depends on the location. I was in Accenture Kolkata, and the management here is very, very poor, like political leaders with zero knowledge.

All pros honestly depend on the projects and colleagues in it.
Cons: Yearly reviews of work are not quantitative and objective. Leads decide how the performance of an individual is based on his/her personal preferences.
