It was taken by senior people in the organization, who could judge the ability of the person very quickly. Interviews spanned for around 30 to 40 minutes each round and focused mainly on fundamental concepts and clarity I had. Questions on my previous projects and achievements were another aspect.

2. Quality of work and client base.
3. Exposure to niche technologies and challenging problem statements.
4. Proper work-life balance.
5. Appreciation and accolades.
Cons: 1. Salary should be at par or better than that of other top IT firms, considering the brand value of Accenture.
2. There is a huge disparity in the pay structure for existing resources and lateral hires, which is frustrating for someone who has already put in years with this company.
