Dotnet Developer Interview Experience

Process

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks.

The interview process seems to place too much emphasis on an academic mindset and theoretical knowledge, while paying less attention to the candidate’s actual project experience and achievements.

Candidates are sometimes treated more like an AI tool or a lecturer who is expected to provide textbook answers, rather than experienced professionals who can solve real-world problems.

Some young leaders also seem to have difficulty thinking outside the box. They tend to rely heavily on textbook knowledge and theoretical frameworks instead of applying critical thinking, practical experience, and creative problem-solving to real-world situations.
