Pros: Good work and benefits, good salary.

Cons: Nothing as such, but it depends on the team you get.

Pros: Friendly colleagues. Nice atmosphere. Cafeteria. Culture. Cab service.

Cons: There may be; I didn't find any.

Pros: Big global names are clients. Good work-life balance mostly. Job security is there since they have a lot of projects and finally, they place you in case you come to the bench or get rolled off. Being a global presence, there are chances of getting good cross-cultural experience if you get an onshore opportunity.

Cons: Huge resource pool, which means you need to be really good, either potentially or by making your boss/managers happy, to get things going for you. Get ready to relocate anywhere once you are on the bench. HR will make sure you won't get a penny more than what's in policy, irrespective of the actual expense. Now a diluted brand name, upper-level and mid-level hires are laterals from Indian MNCs, and they make sure the same trend is followed here as well. Same story of not a transparent moderation process; ratings will decide your variable pay and hikes and will haunt you for one year.
