I was approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn, offering me a Software Engineer position. I agreed to an interview to learn more about the offer.
It was a phone call, about 30/40 minutes long, where the position and some alignments were explained. Then, an interview in English was conducted, and immediately after, a test in English.
What upset me the most was the immense pressure to complete the English test, with emails every day. I took the test and sent the result, and everyone disappeared.
I found it strange, as I had achieved a good score. The recruiter didn't send any message or email with feedback. I contacted her asking for feedback, and she said I hadn't received it because I wasn't registered on the platform, very dry with me. I found it strange, as I had taken the test on the platform.
Later, she messaged that I wasn't approved because of the salary I wanted. If the amount wasn't suitable, she could have informed me from the beginning, as I wasted my time. In short, a terrible experience and treatment.
Salary expectation.
