Cons: When I was there, the client profile was limited, so I often ended up jumping between a few clients in a short period of time.

Pros: I'm interested in work when there is work. Good training and upskilling programs.
Cons: Competition between engineers to get on projects is tough. A low amount of open projects in New Zealand means it's likely you will be working with an entirely remote team if you can even find a project, but that's more a state of the economy at the moment. I'm sure I would have had a better experience with Accenture had it been at a different time.
