Online Assessment / Written Test There is a cognitive + technical test: logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, verbal ability. There’s also a technical assessment (pseudo-code, programming fundamentals, networking/cloud basics). Then a coding round: commonly 2 programming questions in languages like Java, C, C++, Python.

Communication Assessment There is a communication test. This is not always elimination but used for evaluation.

Technical Interview Rounds If you pass the assessments, you’ll have technical interviews. For freshers, there might be 1–2 technical interview rounds.

HR / Managerial Interview Final stage is often an HR interview (or “managerial + HR” combined). Questions are behavioral (“Tell me about yourself”, strengths/weaknesses), situational, and sometimes role-specific.
