Pros: Possibility to finish many different projects in a few years. I was fortunate to always have very capable managers who allow for autonomy. In most projects, I didn't have to work as many overtime hours as they say, but it really depends on deadlines and projects.
Cons: In these years, little to almost no wage growth.
Don't expect to be guided step by step.
