The interview process was pretty much simple. They asked me basics on React, JS, and CSS. My advice is to just brush up on your basics in React, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.

Pros: Possibility to finish many different projects in a few years. I was fortunate to always have very capable managers who allow for autonomy. In most projects, I didn't have to work as many overtime hours as they say, but it really depends on deadlines and projects.
Cons: In these years, little to almost no wage growth.
Don't expect to be guided step by step.
