Pros: Possibilità di cambiare finire in tanti progetti diversi in pochi anni. Ho avuto la fortuna di avere sempre manager molto capaci, che lasciano margini di autonomia. Nella maggior parte dei progetti non ho dovuto fare tanti straordinari come dicono, però dipende molto da scadenze e progetti.
Cons: In questi anni poca o quasi nessuna crescita salariale. Non aspettatevi di essere guidati passo passo.
