I was given the assessment as the first round, usual for every opening. After giving that assessment, I got a call from HR to schedule my first technical round of interview.

I gave the interview the same week and received a congratulations email on the next weekday.

Again, I got a call from HR to schedule my managerial round the same week. But I don't know what happened in between the process (before the managerial round), as my candidature was closed on the Accenture portal. The reason written was that the candidate doesn't match the selection criteria.

Even though my first round was clear and I was about to give the second round interview, they closed my candidature without providing any reason.

I emailed HR, but they are not replying to my emails and are not picking up my calls now.

Overall, a worst interview experience with such a huge organization. Really disappointed.
