They conduct fake interviews. They will conduct the interview with all due diligence of the candidate. They will ask you to show ID in every round of interview.
When you are done with the HR round, they will send you an email asking for documents and stating you are one step closer to joining Accenture. Here, the candidate thinks that they are done with all the interviews and has submitted all the documents, expecting the offer letter.
But wait, here is a twist: they will keep your candidature on hold, stating some absurd reason.
They will call you on the weekend for documents as there is an urgent opening, but then they will make you wait indefinitely.
My only question is: why waste somebody's time when you don't have anything to offer them?
I urge everybody not to fall into this trap of fake interviews and avoid joining such companies with all these cheap tactics.
