Process

I got referred for the post by one of Accenture employees.

I gave an interview for the Pune location.

I cleared the technical round during the first phase of the interview.

Then they called and told me that the Pune location position is filled, and we have a Bangalore location position available. I said yes to that too.

Then they said they would conduct the HR interview today, but that didn't happen.

The same story continued for a week.

After that, they told me that the position has been put on hold; we will let you know when we have a proper demand for the position.

After 15 days, I got a call asking me that the Chennai location is available and will you be okay with it.

I even said yes for Chennai, but then again, there was no response after that.

Overall, it was/is not a good experience with the interview at Accenture.

The irony is that my friends are getting selected for the same position, but they are not providing me with an HR interview.

Also, now I am stuck as I cannot apply to any more positions because my information is in the database.
