Functional Test Professional Interview Experience - India
Process
I was referred by a former colleague and quickly received an interview call.
Post that, my interview was scheduled and rescheduled more than 10 times. Whenever the interview was scheduled, it got cancelled as their panel was unavailable. The cancellation call came 1 minute before the interview scheduled time (when you are ready to appear and waiting for the panel to log in).
Even if the interview was scheduled, their HR team used to call and ask for a different slot. This clearly marks their zero knowledge of the candidate's scheduled time and utter disrespect of our time.
Finally, the interview happened, and it went smoothly. I could answer everything. Immediately after the interview, I got a rejection mail.
I got to know later that the position was already filled, hence they had to reject. Why would they take an interview if the position was already filled? This robs a candidate of a chance for 6 months.
Horrendous experience, thankfully didn't get in.

- Describe current project architecture.
- Given situations and asked how you would behave.
- Testing and bug lifecycle.
- API testing using Postman.
