Pros: Okay, not that bad, but not amazing.

Cons: You’ll start nearly two years after you’re meant to. They already knew they didn’t have space for new grads and kept it to themselves.

Pros: Lots of learning experiences. Private healthcare, flexible working (depending on manager), and the ability to flexibly move across roles. Decent work-life balance (again, depends on manager), good mental health support, and good perks, etc.

Cons: Cons tend to be those common in very large companies, especially consultancies. I feel like a lot of it has to do with the company being extremely large and feels slightly outdated. Anyway, the main cons are: * Not always assigned to where you want to be. * Low pay compared to industry. * Role might not be as advertised. * Best people don't always get promoted. For those who don't have the skills, they might end up in a managerial position anyway. In some cases, HR will find excuses to not pay employees when they mess up. The company focuses on legacy frameworks that require specialization and don't always give the best results for their clients. Some people get assigned to a role unrelated to their career and ultimately get pigeonholed. Overall, for someone starting their career, it's a decent company to work for to gain experience, especially if you have no idea what you want to do in tech, but I wouldn't say it's good for establishing a long-term career.

Pros: Salary, great place to work.

Cons: No cons that I can think of.
