Pros: Working conditions are respected and the workload has not been very large in my case, although it does depend on the time of year.
Cons: It is almost impossible to get a promotion and salary increases. We have been in September 2024 with frozen salaries for a year, and they want to extend it again until June. In my case, I have not received increases corresponding to triennials or quinquennials in the 5 years I have been with the company. I am very dissatisfied.
