I applied for the position of SAP Hybris Architect through an employment website twice.

During the first time, I appeared for the written skill test but was not able to clear it. After that, a 6-month restriction was put on my ID.

Second time, I got a call during the pandemic.

Since the interview was happening during the pandemic, it was an all-virtual process.

I got an email from the recruitment team to attempt a written skill test, which consisted of 30 questions. It was a proctored session with the camera on. After submitting the test, I got a call from HR stating that I had cleared my skill test and would be proceeding further for the technical discussion.

Technical discussions happened in two rounds. I completed the first round the same day itself but had to wait for a few days for the second round to happen.

I was quite worried about my candidature during this phase. Finally, the call came to join for the second round, and I cleared that also.

It was really the most amazing moment for me when, after the discussion:

Interviewer: I really loved the way you explained your answers. They were very crisp and too the point. It seems you had been preparing for this position for a long time.

Me: Yes (and that creepy smile).

After this second round of technical discussion, I joined for the HR interview, where I was asked about my current CTC and expected CTC. Negotiations happened, after which I was told to wait for the offer to be dispatched.

An offer letter came, but it took around 3-3.5 weeks.

[For joining Accenture, one has to be very patient because the complete recruitment process until the offer letter will really frustrate you out at certain times.]

Please be noted that you will be thoroughly evaluated on almost all the important modules.
