A phone interview was followed by a technical interview. They asked me about my previous experiences and if I was willing to relocate.
It was a pretty good experience. The HR was nice and very into what he was doing.

Pros: Huge exposure to all technologies and a wide scope for growth. Freshers get first-hand experience in coding and take part in making design documents, etc. Huge training schemes and education plans.
Cons: Can be transferred to any location in India. Working location preference is not really considered.
