Unprofessional. The interview went well, but no feedback was given. There was no response. There were 2 rounds of interviews: one with HR and the other with the hiring manager. The process is good but very delayed. It was just a waste of time.

Pros: Good place to start working if you don't have many previous references. Generally, people are friendly and hardworking. And if you are in the company building, you can have additional benefits.
Cons: They propose a system of promotion and bonuses for work quality, when in reality it depends on the project you are on and who has to leave for you to get the promotion you deserve.
