Extremely Unprofessional Experience with Accenture Malaysia

My experience with Accenture Malaysia was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.

Initially, an HR representative contacted me to schedule a technical interview. However, they rescheduled the appointment 3-4 times without any valid explanation or consideration for my time. Each time, I had to adjust my schedule to accommodate their changes, which was already frustrating.

To make matters worse, after all the back-and-forth, they simply stopped responding to my messages. No follow-up, no apology, and no explanation whatsoever. This lack of communication and respect for candidates' time is unacceptable, especially from a company of this size and reputation.

Overall, my experience was a complete waste of time, and I would not recommend anyone to go through a similar process with Accenture Malaysia. They need to seriously improve their recruitment process and treat candidates with more respect.
