There were two rounds.
First was written, based on Java, Spring, and JUnit (multiple-choice questions).
Second was a technical face-to-face. During the technical face-to-face, they asked very basic questions, followed by HR.
But they didn't provide me an offer letter.

Pros: Good working environment. The company pays respect and values its employees. It's a good learning place for new technology.
Cons: Less pay compared to work. The notice period of 90 days is a bit hectic for employees.
