Cons: Les promotions ne se basent pas du tout sur la qualité du travail effectuée chez le client, ainsi que sur sa satisfaction.
Il faut passer du temps personnel dans les communautés, "se montrer" au management, etc. C'est donc compliqué quand on fait du sport très régulièrement les soirs après la journée de travail.
