Junior Java Developer Interview Experience - India
Process
It was a 1-week program in which my resume got shortlisted. Then I did a written test. After clearing the written test, an interview was scheduled within 4-5 days. During the interview, the interviewer started very casually, asking 'Why do you want to switch?' and all. He seemed not at all interested in hiring, kept looking here and there, and also the camera was not stable. It was a bit of a weird experience.
