HR Screening:
The initial HR round was smooth. The recruiter clearly explained the role, expectations, and company culture. Communication was timely and transparent.
Technical Round 1:
This was a deep-dive into Splunk fundamentals, including onboarding logs, props/transforms configuration, and use case creation. The panel was knowledgeable and asked relevant scenario-based questions.
Technical Round 2:
Focused more on Splunk Cloud, data models, CIM, alert tuning, and performance optimization. Also included a mini case study which helped me demonstrate my practical approach.
