Process

Accenture contacted me in mid-October 2022. I accepted and entered their process. I underwent three interview processes. The first was on a website where they present two very simple code challenges. The second was a simple, half-hour technical interview. The third was a code challenge. After these three interviews, a month and a half had passed. It was December. They gave me a "soft offer," which is a pre-contract. I accepted. They spoke to me about a fourth interview to prepare me for the client interview. Half an hour before the client interview, they told me it was canceled and that they would contact me in January 2023. It is January 2023. They contacted me. They conducted five more interviews with various clients. They mentioned they would contact me in the following days for the next step. It is February 2023, and they sent me a message saying they were ultimately not moving forward with my process. Four months of process and over 10 interviews... for nothing.
