Process
I had an internal referee. It took them a week to call me for the initial interview, and I had to follow up multiple times. Then, more than a month passed for the skills interview. I'm about to have a closing interview with them after almost 3 weeks of waiting.
Questions
They just ask where you want to go and the languages you are familiar with. More technical questions are asked on the skills interview, just trying to know how knowledgeable you are on ML techniques.
