I had a screening with the HR recruiter, who was very polite and professional. Unfortunately, the technical interview was a completely different experience. The interviewer's attitude was cold and unnecessarily dismissive, making the conversation feel uncomfortable from the beginning. Rather than feeling like a professional technical discussion, it felt like I was being interrogated. I understand that technical interviews are meant to challenge candidates, but creating a respectful and comfortable environment is equally important if you want to see a candidate's actual abilities.
