Process
The job was posted about a QA Test Lead, clearly mentioning the requirement of strong knowledge of BDD, which I did not have on my CV. I was still called in for the interview and underwent two rounds of interviews with very positive feedback.
During the second round of the interview, it was clarified that it was more of a management role with almost no time for automation. At the end, I received a call from HR saying that I did not make it through as I lacked automation experience, which contradicted what the hiring manager mentioned to me during the interview.
This shows the interview panel and the process are not efficient and they like to waste one's time.
