Very poor process. After applying, I received a call from HR and the first round of the interview was scheduled. Post that, without any reason, it was canceled thrice.

Again, I received a call from HR asking for a time slot for the interview. She scheduled the interview, and I joined the interview call, but no one joined the call for the first 20 minutes.

I again called the team, telling them the same. She said the interviewer got some emergency, so the interview would happen later. After that, on their recruitment portal, my candidature status is on hold. The team said the team has temporarily closed the requirement, which is beyond my understanding.

People should understand that a candidate's time is also important. Worst experience I have had.

The interview did not happen at all.
