Oracle Soa Developer Interview Experience - India
Process
The interview was for half an hour. They asked me basic SOA questions, including: What's a web service? REST vs SOAP? XML schema? I answered almost 80 percent of the questions, and they told me that I cleared the interview and an HR call would be scheduled in a day or two. But I never got a call back. I tried to contact the person to know the status, but they just stopped responding. Very bad recruitment process. At least tell the candidate if he is rejected or not.
