Pros: Pilot batch: The initial hike is really good, and I got a 23% variable pay and a 22% annual hike.
Cons: After the process is stable, there's no growth in the organization, and it's very difficult to move to a different job within the same organization.
* 10 hours working.
* Difficult to get leave (own marriage, not more than 3 weeks).
* It all depends on your manager.
