Pros: Multinational company with considerable market visibility. Offers some learning opportunities for those starting in the market.

Cons: There is no employee preservation culture; they consider you disposable. The selection and recruitment department are arrogant people without any empathy. They seem to be specifically selected by the company because of their own poisonous and infectious culture. It is not a company to start a career, but I believe it is an option for those who have no job options as seniors. The advantages do not outweigh the disadvantages of the company. If it ever had a good culture, that was in the past. And Accenture in Recife is not like it used to be; it has changed a lot.

Pros: If you want peace of mind regarding responsibilities, this is your place. A lot of commercial activity and apparently many worries that don't usually materialize. Clients don't find out much.

Cons: If you truly want to contribute to a project and make a product you're proud of, this probably isn't the place for you.

Pros: Very high-level technologies and people.

Cons: Little transparency. Very difficult projection, unless you do extra things behind the scenes.
