Terrible. No show without any notification from the recruiter or the hiring manager. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I mean, I knew it was a sweatshop going in.

Pros: None. It's all appearance and falsehood.
Cons: - They talk about being progressive and inclusive, but as soon as they can, they kick you out.
- They don't care about team management or personal growth.
- They force you to take ten thousand courses that ultimately lead to nothing.
- They don't care about your personal and professional well-being.
- Coldness in interpersonal dealings.
- Zero opportunity for progression or change of discipline within the company.
- Indifference from your superiors. You're just another number.
- Likewise, indifference towards your personal circumstances. I've never seen a company that cared less about its employees' personal situations.
- A lot of pretense, but no values.
