Pros: Accenture Flex is their name for contingency worker in the U.S. market only. Below average non competitive, non-negotiable pay. Major med, dental vision. 401k offered, no match! PTO.
Cons: No paid holidays, no 401k match at all. No career growth options for seasoned workers. NO Tuition reimbursement
