The initial process is an interview, where the person immediately starts asking everything about your personal life. It feels more like a customer registration process in a store for credit. I don't see the need for such information to be questioned right in the first interview, besides there being some rather invasive questions.
After that comes the technical challenge part, which, besides being immense, I don't think is valid since, if the person already has experience, why do they need to prove it?
In the next stage, there's an interview with the manager. Not yet carried out, but they called several times during business hours. Often, you are in a meeting and cannot answer. Your schedule has to match the hiring manager's, even if you are at work and have a meeting.
I didn't feel flexibility on their part, it seems like the person has to follow what they want, as if they were doing you a favor.
Obs: The opportunity was offered by them, I did not seek it, and I currently work for other companies.
Personal questions: contact information, parents' names, personal information such as who lives with you.
