Pros: Good work environment, good benefits, retention bonus every 6 months and performance bonus (if your performance was good). Social works with a cool plan and virtual card with balance for purchases.
Cons: Not-so-good internal projects, with a lot of rotation among them.
Difficult to move up in category; you have to give your life for the job, basically.
Salary not updated for the current economic situation.
