The interview was… unconventional. There wasn’t much of an introduction or context given, and it jumped straight into questions about my previous experience. The person I spoke with, who was a manager, seemed to approach it more like a roleplay than a standard technical discussion. While it was different from the usual structured process I’m used to, it gave me a chance to think on my feet and talk about my experience in detail. It also highlighted for me the kind of clear, organized process I appreciate in a team.
