After clearing the initial rounds, I was asked to select a time slot for the managerial interview. However, after scheduling it, I received no further communication. Despite following up, there was no response.

Ghosting candidates after asking them to prepare and reserve time is highly unprofessional. It wastes candidates' time and effort, and creates unnecessary stress.

I hope the company improves its hiring process and communicates transparently with applicants, even if they decide not to move forward.
